Do I need to create an account with i.d.apparel when checking out online?

  • Yes, you will need to create an account with a username and password. Make note of your password for future reference.  If you forget your password, you can click “Forgot Your Password” to reset it.

    What options are available for shipping my order?

    • If you are in a retail store location, your order will be shipped on your courier account using either Loomis or Purolator. If Loomis or Purolator doesn’t deliver to your location, we will ship via Canada Post and the shipping charges will appear on your invoice.
    • If you are in an FCL Head Office location (for example FCL Saskatoon, FCL Calgary, FCL Winnipeg), at the shipping screen during check out choose “Flat Rate $15.00 for FCL Zone Staff ONLY”. A charge of $15.00 will be charged on your invoice.

    How long will my order take?

    • Orders typically take about 4 weeks.

    What if I have a faulty product?

    • i.d.apparel will accept returns for faulty products (with the exception of clearance merchandise) within a reasonable time frame. Please call 888-558-9327 to arrange your return.

    What is your return policy?

    • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge (with the exception of faulty merchandise). Please call 888-558-9327 to arrange your return.   

    Can I order sizing samples?

    • When placing your order, please choose “No Logo” as the logo option on each item.

     What are my options for payment?

    • If you are in a retail store location, please choose “Charge Invoice Thru FCL Accounting Using Account Number” during the checkout process. You will need to provide your locations FCL account number.
    • If you are in an FCL Head Office location, please choose “Credit Card – FCL Zone Staff ONLY”. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your invoice and a secure link to provide payment via credit card.

     Does every item come with the Co-op logo?

    • Yes, all items will come with the Co-op logo as shown on the website. If you would like a different logo (for example: Co-op Shield, Co-op Propane, Lake Country Co-op), please choose “Name Drop Logo” from the logo options.  Then type which logo you want to use in the space provided. *Be very specific about the logo you want to use*
      • For example – Co-op Propane could be the word Co-op with Propane underneath or the Co-op Shield with Propane underneath.  Please include as much detail as possible.
    • All Promotional products (pens, mugs, etc) will have the Co-op logo as shown.
